Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products are non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the person who purchased the gift had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue a refund to the original buyer, and they will be notified of the return.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
